Approximately 10 minutes' drive from the centre of the cosy wine village le Plan de la Tour via a beautiful mountain road and eventually the last part of a bumpy “French” dirt road, you will reach villa la Lanterne. In the middle of nature, very quietly located in a beautiful environment for hiking, mountain biking, cross bike & quad riding with beautiful views of hills and even the Côte d'Azur blue sea from certain points.

An electric large gate welcomes you at the entrance with ample parking for many cars due to the large grounds of over 1 hectare. Upon arrival to the left of the villa the pool house and pool and to the right of the villa a large boules court where you can also enjoy beautiful sunsets. At the back with beautiful mountain views, a jacuzzi with lighting. You can enter the villa via the dining room or via the beautiful iron staircase to the 1st floor where the master bedroom is also located. In the dining room a large fully equipped kitchen with all conveniences such as a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge. Large sliding windows for direct access to the covered terrace and 10 x 5 metre pool. A very cosy living room with large sofa, flat-screen TV and fireplace that can only be used in winter.

A beautiful staircase leads to the 1st floor with an open loft with sleeping facilities for 2 people with double bed and a workspace with desk. A wooden door opens onto a very large master bedroom for 3 people with double bed and 1 single bed, also a workspace with desk, a dressing room with small fridge and very large bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Then French doors open onto the large balcony overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean garden and pool with mood lighting.

From the living room a door to a flat with private kitchenette, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and 2 bedrooms of which 1 bedroom for 2 persons with a double bed and the other bedroom for 4 persons with a double bed and 2 single beds. Also patio doors with covered terrace from these bedrooms on the pool side. Also from the living room via a stone staircase down to a very large home cinema room with movie projector on the wall, where also a PlayStation can be connected for a total of 6 people with a double bed and 4 single beds. Exit to the back of the house towards the jacuzzi and boules court. A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and also a room with an extra fridge and large freezer. Then another large garage with utility room, washing machine, pool table and table football table.

Near the large swimming pool is a 43 m2 pool house with barbecue and outdoor kitchen. In the pool house another 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. One of the bedrooms with French windows has 2 double beds, followed by the 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a total of 8 people. In total, there are 8 double beds and 9 single beds. For colder winter periods, there is underfloor heating in the house and use of the fireplace is allowed.
