On the ground floor the living room with open kitchen and a spacious sofa bed that can be used as a 1-or 2-person bed. There is a separate toilet.
The kitchenette includes a 4 ring induction hob, combi-microwave, fridge, Senseo, Nespresso, SMEG Kettle, SMEG toaster and hood (dissipation to the outside). Also the necessary cutlery/crockery and kitchenware is provided.
Through the natural stone staircase with a wrought-iron railing you can reach the bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor is also the shower room (shower + washbasin) and a closed dressing.
In the living room there is a Smart TV with access to streaming services, Dutch channels, TV Vlaanderen and Netflix. The bedroom has a flat screen tv with dvd player.
This "mazette" has a private terrace with lounge set (small, medium, 2 chairs, lounge table + large umbrella) and a dining table with four chairs. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the "Massif des Maures" and some vineyards.
You can also use the communal washing machine and dryer. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children.
