Les Pennes # 4 is a 4 to 6 person apartment with airconditioning, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and balneo bath, garden shed with extra bedroom and second bathroom, sofa in the living area and large private terrace with outdoor kitchen.
The holiday home has a terrace at the front and a separate terrace next to the garden house with lots of privacy. The kitchen has a dishwasher and on the second floor is a bedroom with a large balcony which overlooks "Les Maures Massif".
Ground floor: kitchen with dishwasher and 4 hotplates, big fridge, Senseo and kettle / living room with sofa, dining area, TV, separate toilet and airconditioning.
1st floor: mezzanine with loft above the living room with double bed and bathroom with balneo bath and toilet and double sink.
Second floor: a bedroom (2 beds) with large balcony with lovely views of the surrounding area and airconditioning.
Terrace with dining area and a parasol at the front of the house and with stairs down to reach large private terrace with dining area , lounge set and sunshade.
Garden house with an extra bedroom, ventilator and bathroom with toilet, shower and wash basin, fridge. The cabanon/garden house is in the garden below, separated from the house by stairs.

There is a large heated swimming pool open from april to the end of October. Please note that the pool cannot be used in March. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the complex. Plenty of free parking.
This apartment is not suitable for people completely dependent on a wheelchair.
