A modern and bright holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suitable for up to 8 people. Lots of space with a natural stone floor, large kitchen and large terrace in front but also a very large roof terrace with a lot of privacy. Fully equipped with air conditioning.

Ground floor: large living room with sofa-bed, TV, dining area, bright kitchen with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle and a large outdoor terrace with dining area, sunbeds and garden.
First floor: bedroom with 2 single beds, second bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite shower and washbasin, TV, wardrobes, 3rd bedroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe, separate toilet, bathroom with washbasin and shower.
Second floor accessible via outdoor spiral staircase: large roof terrace covering the complete surface of the house with a lot of privacy and views down to the Alps.
There is a large heated swimming pool open from april to the end of October. Also a washing machine and dryer in the complex.
Plenty of free parking.
