The house is renovated in the style of the old Hameau, with a natural stone floor, luxury bathrooms and a kitchen with all the trimmings and fully equipped with air conditioning. Spiral staircase to upper floors.

Layout:

Ground floor: living room with sofa-bed, TV, dining area, kitchen with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. A large outdoor terrace with dining area, lounge set and garden.

First floor: two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

Second floor: a bedroom with TV, bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, balcony with sun beds.

There is a large heated swimming pool open from april to the end of October. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the complex. Plenty of free parking.
