# 2 le Préconil is a 2 to 3 person holiday home, big terrace on the front of the house with beautiful views of the hills, a bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A mobile air conditioner is also available in the house.
Format:
- Ground floor: newly renovated kitchen with 3-burner stove, fridge, Senseo, kettle, dining/living room with sofa, armchair, separate toilet
- Big terrace in the front of the house with terrace with dining table and lounge set
- First floor: a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, washbasin and wardrobes.
- Balcony with table and 2 chairs on the first floor with beautiful view.
There is a large heated swimming pool open from april to the end of October. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the complex.
