Holiday home le Plan # 15 a perfect holiday for you in a beautiful setting, in the middle of nature reserve Massif Maures so a haven of peace, but all the great sights in the vicinity, such as Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Cannes and Nice.

4 to 6 person holiday home with roof terrace, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and sunny roof terrace.

Welcome to Le Plan on Hameau des Claudins. You will not miss anything here. This luxury property is finished to perfection and can accommodate up to 6 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms, with both a luxurious bathroom en suite, you can imagine yourself as a God in France. While you are out by the pool or on your private rooftop terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, it remains pleasantly cool inside with the air conditioning units in living room and bedrooms. The entire House is equipped with atmospheric nature tiles and is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge. This property has its own private washer/dryer.

Format:

Via the terrace by the swimming pool you enter a spacious hall where also the washing machine and dryer are located. On the ground floor a large bedroom with two single beds (box spring), a large wardrobe, air conditioning, TV and a bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the living area. In the cozy living room a sofa-bed, dining area, TV-/buffetkast and air conditioning. There is also an open passage to the kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, Senseo and kettle, large fridge and passage to the spacious roof terrace. On the first floor is the master bedroom, with 2 single beds (box-spring), wardrobe, TV and air conditioning. This bedroom also has a luxurious bathroom en suite, with jacuzzi, shower and sink. A separate toilet in the corridor.

But you will, of course, go to the Côte d'Azur to enjoy the wonderful climate. So you will spend most of the time on the delightful roof terrace, 20 m2. Relax on the lounge sofa or choose for a tasty dinner at the garden table. A parasol will provide the necessary shade, so it also here lovely on hot days. In addition, you will be treated to a stunning view of the beautiful mountains near Saint Maxime.

Wij, 2 stellen, hebben een heerlijke week gehad in huisje #15. Het zag er goed uit, alles was prima schoon en het huis bood, mede door de aanwezigheid van 2 badkamers en 2 royale slaapkamers, genoeg ruimte. Het is gezellig ingericht. Het zwembad ligt direct om de hoek bij de ingang van het huis, erg praktisch. De ontvangst was een warm welkom en het contact daarna heel vriendelijk. Dank daarvoor - Marijke (NL)

Ideale plek voor gezinnen met kinderen die toch wat rust opzoeken en er niet tegenop zien om zich met de wagen te moeten verplaatsen voor de boodschappen en andere benodigdheden. Het hameau ligt in het midden van de heuvels van de cote d'azur. Je kan dus van de rust en de natuur genieten of de drukte en het levendige leven van de kust opzoeken. Een groot voordeel is dat je niet tot aan de drukke kustweg moet rijden om je langs de kust te verplaatsen. Vanuit Plan de la Tour kan je je via het binnenland verplaatsen. Weliswaar via vrij smalle kronkelwegen. Wij verbleven dit jaar reeds voor de vierde maal in Le Plan 15, wat bevestigd dat we het er erg naar onze zin hadden! - Georges-Philippe (NL)
