Villa Mentine is situated in a private domain at a nice height on a mountain, where you will be amazed by the beautiful view of the sea and the bay of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. A lovely large, heated saltwater pool of 5 x 12 m with disco lighting for the balmy evenings. A large garden with several trees for shade, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with awning for outdoor dining every day and even a Green Egg barbecue are at your disposal. The large 2000 m2 garden is fully fenced. The house has an alarm and safe that you may use. And central air conditioning throughout in all rooms.
Upon arrival, a large entrance hall with large cupboards. A fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Senseo and Nespresso coffee machines, fridge-freezer and a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. A cosy living room with sofa and dining table with doors to the covered terrace with also an outdoor dining table. To the right of the living room, a work/bedroom with sofa bed. To the left of the living room, 3 large bedrooms with wardrobes, of which 1 master bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. An ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and double sink is adjacent to the master bedroom. And a second bathroom with shower and sink, toilet located between the other 2 bedrooms. Also a separate toilet.
Outside a lovely lounge set with table, plenty of sun beds and a well-tended garden to enjoy every day outside. Also a garage with table tennis table. An oasis of calm at the house but also an area with lots to do and see. Beautiful (mountain) villages and seaside resorts to visit, a different beach every day, Aqualand swimming and sliding paradise, funfair, bowling, markets, ports and cities such as Cannes, Nice and Monaco also definitely worth a visit. Roquebrune-sur-Argens (Occitan: Rocobruno) is a commune in the French department of Var (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region). The municipality is part of the district of Draguignan. Apart from Roquebrune-sur-Argens itself, the municipality includes the towns of La Bouverie and Les Issambres.
Les Issambres lies on the Mediterranean Sea, while the town of Roquebrune is built 15 km inland on a rock above the valley of the Argens. Les Issambres is a pleasant seaside resort with shops, Spar supermarket, bank, ATM, restaurants and beaches. You can also parachute from Les Issambres over the water. Only a few minutes from Sainte-Maxime with boulevard, casino, restaurants, shops and more beaches. The famous Saint-Tropez can be reached via the coastal road along the Mediterranean Sea or by taxi boat from Les Issambres. The famous places Fréjus and Saint-Raphael are also nearby.
