Vallaury # 5 is located in the middle of nature reserve Massif Maures with beautiful views, on a mountain road the wine village Plan de la Tour can be reached within 7 minutes and a little bit further the lively seaside resort Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.
Vallaury # 5 is suitable for 2 to 4 persons, a bedroom with bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room, large private terrace. The cottage is located in a small authentic residence in the commune of Le Plan-de-la-Tour. It is a renovated 18th century (private) "hameau" built with natural stone. In april 2016 a thorough renovation of the interior was completed.
On the ground floor the living room with open kitchen and a spacious sofa bed that can be used as a 1-or 2-person bed. There is a separate toilet.
The kitchenette includes a 4 ring induction hob, combi-microwave, Senseo, SMEG Kettle, grill and hood (dissipation to the outside). Practical is also the nice large SMEG fridge. Also the necessary cutlery/crockery and kitchenware is provided.
Through the new staircase with a wrought-iron railing you can reach the bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor is also the shower room (shower + washbasin) and a closed dressing.
In the living room there is a flat screen tv with satellite channels. The bedroom has a flat screen tv with dvd player.
This "mazette" has a private terrace with lounge set (small, medium, 2 chairs, lounge table + large umbrella) and a dining table with four chairs. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the "Massif des Maures" and some vineyards.
You can also use the communal washing machine and dryer. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children.

Was een zeer prettige locatie, mooi appartement.
Eigenlijk niets.
Mooi huisje, goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamer. Heerlijke uitvalsbasis in de rust van de bergen aan de bruisende Cote d'Azur.
Airco ontbreekt waardoor het best warm is. Zou het helemaal af maken.
Goed ingerichte huisjes, veel privacy... Omgeving perfect natuurlijk
de rit er naartoe is super gevaarlijk, te smalle weg van zo'n 4 km, waarbij je elkaar bijna niet kunt passeren. Iedere keer weer een spannend avontuur zonder schade te arriveren bij het huisje. Geen uitwijk mogelijkheden en Fransen knallen maar door. Al 1 ongeluk gezien van 2 frans auto's die in de berm op de kant lagen. Gaven elkaar dus ook geen ruimte en voorrang. Dit was het enige wat tegenviel, maar is wel een belangrijk item. De bermen zouden moeten worden gevuld tegen de bergwanden aan waardoor men iets kan uitwijken. Spiegels continu ingeklapt houden en hopen op weinig tot geen tegenliggers... Dit is jammer en heeft invloed op de reservering denk ik. Verder daar op de plaats alles goed verzorgd.

Le Plan-de-la-Tour is a municipality in the French department of Var (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region) and is part of the district of Draguignan.
In the wine village Le Plan de la Tour you can still taste the real 'French' atmosphere. You can go there for shopping, cafes, restaurants, galleries or for a glass of wine on the village square under the plane trees. If you are a golf enthusiast, there are two golf courses in the area, Beauvallon and Sainte-Maxime.
Water sports enthusiasts can indulge themselves in the azure-blue sea: diving, sailing, water skiing and fast jet-skiing are all possible here.
From Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, among others, you can make beautiful boat trips along the coast and to the beautiful Iles d'Or ("the golden islands"). In the harbour of Sainte-Maxime, you can get on the ferry to Saint-Tropez, among others, which is recommended during the busy summer time.

Bedankt voor uw beoordeling en fijn dat jullie genoten hebben. Wat vervelend om te lezen over de bergweg. Het is inderdaad op enkele plekken wat smaller. Maar altijd rustig rijden en op tijd anders even stoppen aan de zijkant wanneer er een tegenligger aankomt. Normaliter wennen de wegen na enkele dagen en gebeuren er relatief heel weinig ongelukken. Inderdaad de Fransen rijden iedere dag in de bergen en kunnen weleens haast hebben maar deze zijn de bergen gewend. Vanaf beneden in het dorp op 10 km afstand van het hameau richting de kust zijn de wegen normaal. Wij ontvangen u graag nog eens terug op Hameau des Claudins.
