Beautiful luxury villa situated between Sainte Maxime/Les Issambres and near St. Tropez. The Villa (220 m 2) has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Beautiful sea views, heated swimming pool (12 x 4 m) and on the South (so sun all day). Just 500 metres from the beach and shops and restaurants nearby.
Villa Savoir Vivre can be reached with an entrance port to a higher part with at the front a terrace with lounge set, deck chairs, garden and swimming pool and a large garden to rear.
On the right the entrance with large marble hall with grand staircase to 1st floor with very large living room with fireplace, sofa, flat screen TV, seating areas, large dining table, kitchen with all necessary equipment, large oven, dishwasher and work island.
Over the entire width of the house on the first floor a terrace balcony with a great view of the sea. From the kitchen doors to balcony for outside guests to have breakfast, from the living room French doors to balcony with seating areas and a cosy dining table to be able to dine outside. Also the master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, work/bedroom with desk, chair and sofa-bed, air conditioning and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor 3 bedrooms, one bedroom at the rear with double bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
The other 2 bedrooms both with twin beds and large wardrobes. Third bathroom with washbasin, shower and separate toilet. All rooms with airconditioning.
A garage and a laundry room with washing machine, extra fridge with freezer, bbq, iron and ironing board. Villa Savoir Vivre is located in the lively resort of les Issambres with shops and restaurants. Along the entire coast multiple large and small beaches.
Only 5 minutes away from the major resort Sainte-Maxime with port, boulevard, shops, restaurants, casino etc. The famous Saint-Tropez is 20 minutes away with the impressive harbour, (exclusive) stores and its beautiful old town with on every Tuesday and Saturday morning a crowded market. From les Issambres you can even take a ferry to Saint Tropez. Fréjus, Saint-Raphael, Cannes, Nice, Monaco are also recommended to visit. Do you love nature? Do not forget to visit the Gorges du Verdon.
De villa was van alle gemakken voorzien, heel smaakvol ingericht, een heerlijk zwembad, een mooie tuin en het uitzicht is prachtig.
Niets, er waren enkele kleine mankementen en die hebben we gemeld.
Geweldig, sorry, was eigenlijk alles. Mooi huis, goed schoon. Contactpersonen top! Pracht locatie.
Er is ons niets tegengevallen.
Prima bedden, een keuken met alles erop en eraan. Heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden. Mooie terrassen zowel in de zon als de schaduw. Kortom: een fantastisch huis
Wat een prachtig en gezellig huis. Ruim genoeg voor 10 personen. Buiten gezellige zitjes, ligbedden, loungeset. Binnen zeer sfeervol ingericht en alles voorzien van goede apparatuur, airco, horren en luiken. In de keuken was werkelijk alles wat ik kon bedenken aanwezig (muv mixer). 4 keurige, ruime slaapkamers. 5e kamertje met bedbank voor de 9e en 10e persoon is kleiner en zou een topmatrasje kunnen gebruiken. De managers van Totavilla waren erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en goed te bereiken. Zelfs het zwembad hadden ze voor ons verwarmd (1 maart), top!

Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie beoordeling. De staafmixer is aanwezig, misschien over het hoofd gezien. Aangaande de slaapbank dit zal ik doorgeven aan de eigenaar. Wij hopen jullie nog eens terug te mogen verwelkomen!
Haus und Umgebung sind wunderschön und Sorgfalt und Flair eingerichtet und gestaltet. Es fehlt nichts und der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch. Die Ansprechpersonen vor Ort waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.
Auch im fünften Zimmer (Büro) schläft man gut. Es fällt gegenüber den anderen Zimmern einfach stark ab.

Les Issambres is a pleasant seaside resort with shops, Spar supermarket, bank, ATM, restaurants and beaches. You can also parachute from Les Issambres over the water. Only a few minutes from Sainte-Maxime with boulevard, casino, restaurants, shops and more beaches. The famous Saint-Tropez can be reached via the coastal road along the Mediterranean Sea or by taxi boat from Les Issambres. The famous places Fréjus and Saint-Raphael are also nearby.
