Beautiful luxury villa situated between Sainte Maxime/Les Issambres and near St. Tropez. The Villa (220 m 2) has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Beautiful sea views, heated swimming pool (12 x 4 m) and on the South (so sun all day). Just 500 metres from the beach and shops and restaurants nearby.
Villa Savoir Vivre can be reached with an entrance port to a higher part with at the front a terrace with lounge set, deck chairs, garden and swimming pool and a large garden to rear.
On the right the entrance with large marble hall with grand staircase to 1st floor with very large living room with fireplace, sofa, flat screen TV, seating areas, large dining table, kitchen with all necessary equipment, large oven, dishwasher and work island.
Over the entire width of the house on the first floor a terrace balcony with a great view of the sea. From the kitchen doors to balcony for outside guests to have breakfast, from the living room French doors to balcony with seating areas and a cosy dining table to be able to dine outside. Also the master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, work/bedroom with desk, chair and sofa-bed, air conditioning and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor 3 bedrooms, one bedroom at the rear with double bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Only 5 minutes away from the major resort Sainte-Maxime with port, boulevard, shops, restaurants, casino etc. The famous Saint-Tropez is 20 minutes away with the impressive harbour, (exclusive) stores and its beautiful old town with on every Tuesday and Saturday morning a crowded market. From les Issambres you can even take a ferry to Saint Tropez. Fréjus, Saint-Raphael, Cannes, Nice, Monaco are also recommended to visit. Do you love nature? Do not forget to visit the Gorges du Verdon.

Savoir Vivre is een geweldig mooi huis, voorzien van alle gemakken en een geweldig mooi uitzicht op de Middellandse zee. Het huis was spik en span schoon. Goede bedden, fijne douches en een keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur. Zeer ruim huis in een rustige omgeving. Bovendien een fijn verwarmd groot zwembad. Gemakkelijk te bereiken en mooi centraal gelegen bij de bekende kustplaatsen Saint-Tropez, Fréjus, Sainte-Maxime en Saint-Raphael. Voor begin mei hadden we prachtig zonnig weer. We hebben genoten. Goed contact met Ilonka onze gastvrouw ter plaatse. Het moet allemaal passen in de agenda, maar we komen beslist terug.

Het was een fantastisch huis, schoon, netjes en opgeruimd en van alle gemakken voorzien met een lekker groot verwarmd zwembad. Het uitzicht was overweldigend. Dichtbij de mooie plaatsen, Saint-Tropez, Fréjus, Saint-Maxime met leuke markten en winkels en uiteraard de schitterende boulevards. Het huis ligt dicht bij de kust met een makkelijke bereikbare weg naar de Villa. Elke ochtend verse croissants en stokbrood opgehaald. Bovendien een goed contact met ons aanspreekpunt Ilonka. Het is 100% zeker dat we, indien passend, graag terug komen in deze mooie Villa.

Eine sehr schöne Villa in einer tollen Hanglange mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Betreuung durch Frau Makkinje war hervorragend.

Roquebrune-sur-Argens (Occitan: Rocobruno) is a commune in the French department of Var (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region). The municipality is part of the district of Draguignan. Apart from Roquebrune-sur-Argens itself, the municipality includes the towns of La Bouverie and Les Issambres.
Les Issambres lies on the Mediterranean Sea, while the town of Roquebrune is built 15 km inland on a rock above the valley of the Argens. Les Issambres is a pleasant seaside resort with shops, Spar supermarket, bank, ATM, restaurants and beaches. You can also parachute from Les Issambres over the water. Only a few minutes from Sainte-Maxime with boulevard, casino, restaurants, shops and more beaches. The famous Saint-Tropez can be reached via the coastal road along the Mediterranean Sea or by taxi boat from Les Issambres. The famous places Fréjus and Saint-Raphael are also nearby.
