Holiday home villa l'Esterel is located just outside the old Roman bathing resort of Frejus and features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet in a beautiful wooded area at the foot of the Esterel Mountains. Also a large sunny terrace with outdoor furniture. A historic centre, large harbour and many beaches make this holiday complete.
The villa is located on a closed domain du Capitou at the foot of the Esterel Mountains. At the top of the domain there is a large (with lifeguard supervision), communal swimming pool with a unique view over the valley. Adjacent to the pool, there is the restaurant "the Hacienda", where you can enjoy tasty dishes and where you can also buy fresh bread (baguettes and croissants) in the morning. Here you will also find the 2 tennis courts and a jeux de boules court. The holiday home has a spacious living room (34 m2) with dining area, sitting area and TV. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and balcony and the other with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Also a fully equipped open kitchen with a gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. French doors open from the living room onto a lovely large and sunny terrace with teak dining table, parasol and teak chairs. From here you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the valley and the mountains of l' Esterel. Next to the house is a trampoline and table tennis table and a smaller terrace with garden furniture for lying/resting with an outdoor shower and gas barbecue.
A flat screen TV with satellite connection including Dutch, national and international TV channels, DVD and CD player with radio. There is also free WIFI internet in the whole house and in the garden area. The villa is surrounded by a slightly wooded enclosed area of approximately 900 m2 with many safe areas for children to play. Your privacy is guaranteed. Parking is possible within the grounds of the house, with its own lockable iron gate.
The historical town of Frejus with its adjacent Saint-Raphael is located in one of the most beautiful departments of France (VAR). Beautiful, child-friendly beaches are within 10-15 minutes driving distance between Saint-Aygulf and the port of Frejus, Port-Frejus. If you are a golf enthusiast, you can play on the beautiful courses of Roquebrune-sur-Argens and Saint-Raphael, among others. Two complete golf sets are available for you free of charge in the house. Daily shopping can be done in the nearby Lidl, Metro, Geant, Carrefour, Casino or various fruit and vegetable markets. If you are a lover of good wines, you will be well satisfied. There are numerous good wine houses/castles in the immediate vicinity. On the boulevard of Frejus/Saint Raphael there are several nice and affordable restaurants. Delicious meals can also be found in the beautiful Provencal villages such as Seillans (Gloire de Mon Pere), Fayance and Callan.

Fréjus is a port city on the Côte d'Azur, in south-eastern France. The Roman ruins include an amphitheatre, a theatre and an aqueduct. Roman artefacts are displayed in the Archaeological Museum. The Gothic, centuries-old Saint-Léonce Cathedral has painted cloisters and a baptister with Roman columns. The chapel Notre-Dame de Jérusalem, north-east of the city, was designed by Jean Cocteau in the 1960s. South of the centre is the sandy beach of Fréjus.
