Studio Gassine # 8 calmly situated in nature and between vineyards, close to shops, restaurants, promenade and beaches of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.
A studio with kitchen and bathroom for 2 persons and 2 children maximum. This studio has a terrace on the frontside with diningtable.
An ideal studio if you are a lot on the road and/or like to live outside. From the terrace you have a view on the hills. Situated on Hameau des Claudins, a picturesque holiday parc. The studio can be rented in the months of June, July, August and September.

Living room with 1 double bed and 2 sleeping sofa, TV, closet, kitchen with oven and 4-burner hob, Senseo and kettle
Bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin shaded front terrace with dining area
There is a large heated swimming pool open from April to the end of October.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the complex. Plenty of free parking.
De omgeving is fantastisch mooi. Wouden en wijngaarden. De ligging van Hameau des Claudins is prachtig. Gassine 8 is prima voor 2 personen, mits het weer goed is. Het is een knus onderkomen.
Gassine 8 is echt voor 2 personen en evt een klein kind. Niet voor 4 personen. Dan kom je ruimte tekort. Het is vrij spaarzaam ingericht: servies bijvoorbeeld net niet genoeg, geen wijnglazen, geen comfortabel terras meubilair, wat andere huisjes wel hebben, terras gezellig met de steentjes, maar niet relaxed met blote voeten. Bed is klein voor 2 lange Nederlanders, douche matige waterdruk.

La douche un peu défectueuse

Le cadre est magnifique : le calme absolu, une vue sur les vigne qui vous évadé complément ! Ilonka est toujours aussi souriante et accueillante

Mooie locatie, vriendelijk mensen, alles netjes onderhouden, heerlijk zwembad! Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
WiFi verbinding is erg slecht en een puntje van verbetering zou wellicht zijn om iets van een horraam of vliegengordijn te plaatsen, zodat je (met name ‘s avonds) wat koelte binnen kunt laten zonder dat er meteen allerlei muggen/vliegen binnenkomen.

You can go there for shopping, cafes, restaurants, galleries or for a glass of wine on the village square under the plane trees. If you are a golf enthusiast, there are two golf courses in the area, Beauvallon and Sainte-Maxime.
Water sports enthusiasts can indulge themselves in the azure-blue sea: diving, sailing, water skiing and fast jet-skiing are all possible here.
From Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, among others, you can make beautiful boat trips along the coast and to the beautiful Iles d'Or ("the golden islands"). In the harbour of Sainte-Maxime, you can get on the ferry to Saint-Tropez, among others, which is recommended during the busy summer time.

Hartelijk dank voor jullie beoordeling, fijn dat jullie genoten hebben van Hameau des Claudins. De studio wordt vaak aan 2 personen verhuurd of 2 volwassenen en maximaal 2 kinderen vanwege de kleine slaapbank. Ik zal vragen jullie opmerkingen doorgeven aan de eigenaar die daar actie op zal ondernemen. We zien jullie graag nog eens terug.
